Terms and Conditions of Membership and Access to Materials Under This Deal
1. Description of the Product
- Users: Members of NOMA-PDX
- Owner: Elif Bayram Design LLC
- License: Online access to PCM, PJM, CE, PA, PPD, PDD, and ADA Question Bundles, as well as the Video Course library, for a period of one (1) year per individual license.
By purchasing this product, each User shall be granted online access to the materials listed above for one (1) year. Each individual User requires a separate license.
Users are responsible for reviewing the individual product pages on www.arequestions.com, which outline details specific to each set of materials.
2. Membership Fees and License Term
Users agree to pay an annual fee of $190.00 per user for the initial one-year license term, billed as a one-time payment per license. Licenses do not automatically renew.
If a user chooses to renew for a second year, the annual fee will be $225.00 per user, billed as a one-time payment per license.
Each license provides access for a period of one (1) year.
The discounted rate applies only to the initial one-year term. The Owner reserves the right to modify or discontinue pricing for any renewal periods beyond the second year.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
a. Users may cancel the purchase within fifteen (15) calendar days of the purchase date for a full refund.
b. All purchases shall be deemed final and non-refundable after the fifteen (15)-day refund period has expired.
c. No refunds or credits shall be issued for partially used license periods, regardless of exam completion, testing status, or discontinuation of use.
4. Transfer and Sharing of Access
All licenses are issued to individual Users and are non-transferable. Licenses may not be shared, reassigned, or transferred to other individuals once activated.
Users are prohibited from sharing purchase links, access links, login credentials, or any proprietary materials with third parties. All such links and materials are confidential and intended solely for authorized use.
In the event of a breach, the Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
5. License Expiration
Each license shall expire one (1) year from the User’s individual activation date and shall not renew automatically.
6. Start of Use
a. Account Creation: Each User must create an individual account on www.arequestions.com.
b. Product Acquisition: Users shall use the purchase link provided by the Owner to add one (1) license to the online shopping cart and complete payment.
c. Assignment of Materials: Upon completion of payment, the system will automatically assign the licensed materials to the User’s account.
d. Start of License Term: The one-year access period begins at the time of purchase.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a license under this agreement, each User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
