Terms and Conditions of Membership and Access to Materials – Firm Discount Deal (1-5 Licenses)
1. Description of the Product
The Member:

The Owner:
Elif Bayram Design LLC. 321 Wythe Avenue, Apt 603, Brooklyn, NY 11249
The Product:
Online access to CE, PCM, PJM, PA, PPD & PDD Question Bundles, ADA Question Bundle, and Video Courses.
By purchasing this product, the Member is purchasing one (1) individual license, granting one (1) employee of the Member access to the Product for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Each employee requires a separate, individual license. The Member acknowledges responsibility for reviewing individual product pages, which describe content scope, format, and access details specific to each material.
2. Membership Fees and Subscription Term
The Member agrees to pay an annual membership fee of $300.00 per license, billed per license, per year (365 days), beginning immediately upon completion of the payment process.
Each license renews independently on its own anniversary date unless canceled by the Member in accordance with these terms.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
a. The Member may cancel an individual license within fifteen (15) calendar days of purchase for a full refund of that license fee.
b. All purchases are final and non-refundable after the 15-day refund period.
c. No refunds or credits shall be issued for partially used membership periods, regardless of exam completion, employee departure, or discontinuation of use.
4. Transfer and Sharing of Access
All licenses are issued to the Member and are non-transferable and single-user only.
Sharing access credentials, reassigning licenses between employees without approval, or allowing access by any unauthorized individual—whether within or outside the firm—is prohibited.
The Member is also prohibited from sharing any product purchase links, access links, or proprietary materials with third parties.
In the event of a breach, the Owner reserves the right to suspend access, terminate licenses, terminate this Agreement, and pursue legal remedies as appropriate.
4A. License Reassignment
At the discretion of the Owner, a license may be reassigned to a different employee of the Member if the originally assigned employee:

no longer works for the Member,
-
has completed all ARE examinations, or
-
no longer requires access to the Product.
License reassignment is permitted only within the same firm and does not extend, reset, or renew the original one-year license term.
The Member must notify the Owner in writing and provide the new employee’s account information for reassignment.
5. Termination and Modification of Licenses
a. Termination Notice: The Member must notify the Owner prior to a license’s renewal date if they do not wish to renew that license.
b. License Adjustments: The Member may request additions or reductions in the number of licenses at any time.
c. Notice Period: The Member agrees to provide reasonable notice for any changes to the number of licenses requested for renewal.
6. Start of Use
a. Account Creation: Each employee must create an individual account at www.arequestions.com using their company-issued email address.
b. Product Purchase: The Member shall purchase one (1) license per employee using the product link provided by the Owner.
c. User Information: After purchase, the Member shall provide the Owner with a list of employee user accounts to be assigned licenses.
d. License Assignment: Upon receipt of payment and user information, the Owner will assign access within one (1) business day.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing this license, the Member acknowledges, agrees to, and is bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
